Higaonon Tribal Village Church

This is Pastor Bert Senonis, Sr. Pastor Bert is what is known as a "Church Planter". He is a motivated visionary, deeply committed to church growth and the call on his life.

Pastor Bert, with the much needed support of his wife, has "planted" four churches thus far in this area. This is a massive undertaking even under the best conditions.

Pastor Bert does not have the benefit of "the best conditions". In fact, the day to day conditions these precious people live under would, by our standards, be considered more than deplorable.

They live in small lean-to's (shacks) made up of dirt floors and a small hammock suffices as their bed. The dirt floors soon turn to mud floors when the rain waters flow through their very living area because their walls begin approximately 6-8 inches off the ground.

The only source of water for drinking, cooking and bathing is a small, muddy stream that runs through their village. Sanitation is literally non-existent. However, the hearts of this people is loving and generous demonstrated in their willingness to serve others and the Lord despite their own obvious needs. Maybe YOU can give Pastor Bert a helping hand.

The figures below reflect what is yet needed to complete the HIGAONON TRIBAL VILLAGE CHURCH, where Pastor Bert endeavors not only to meetthe spiritual needs of these people but also to minister to their daily needs. YOU can be a part of that by helping to lighten the load for this dedicated pastor.
